Suji Malai toast recipe | Instant bread pizza | How to make rawa toast

The instant demand of kids to eat something super tasty coincides well with the suji toast . This also fulfills every parent’s need to feed their children with the veggies which the children are normally very cranky about. You can put in as many vegetables as possible. I have added onions, tomatoes, capsicum, green chillies and carrot. You can avoid green chillies if preparing for kids. This has a very soft and creamy texture which melts in mouth because of the presence of malai or cream in it. The evenly toasted rava toast is a perfect fit for an evening snack. This can be enjoyed with chai. It can also be given in tiffin boxes.

My mom used to happy face with tomato ketchup and sprinkle some crushed oregano over it. This enhanced the taste even more.
