Poha Recipe| How to make aloo poha| Healthy poha recipe
Poha recipe or kanda poha recipe or batata kanda poha recipe or aloo poha recipe, different names but amost same taste. The very healthy and almost everyone’s favorite Sunday breafast is the very famous poha. From a child to a elderly person, everyone likes to feel light yet filled with poha.
I have added loads of veggies to it , you can additionally put finely chopped capsicum to it along with tomatoes, peas and onions and coriander. There are different variations of poha, I have added beetroot and crunchy ground nuts to it. We can also add grated coconut or sewiyan (namkeen/ farsan) to give it different taste/ flavor.
I have tried to make the poha colorful yet healthy.
We can serve poha in the breakfast or in evening snacks. Poha is made from rice and is a rich source of carbohydrates and proteins and iron.
