Instant black grape juice recipe

A tasty and refreshing grape juice

  • 250 gm Black Grapes
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt
  • 7-8 leaves Fresh Mint
  • 5-6 cubes ice


  1. Keep Black grapes in luke warm water for 2 minutes to give it a good texture and color.
  2. Next add all the ingredients in a mixture. Add ice cubes, then black grapes, sugar, black salt, mint leaves and lemon juice.
  3. Blend the mixture for 2 minutes, all untill the entire mixture is completely blended together.
  4. Now strain the mixture through a sieve tube and pour the juice in a glass with some ice cubes.
  5. Serve Chilled.
