Late night pizza cravings and hunger pangs are my husband’s favorite and I have to quickly figure out something tasty and interesting yet healthy for him at the middle of the night. I discovered a no maida pizza recipe with some veggies stuffed in it. My husband normally doesn’t love vegetables, but I am sure he would find even an eggplant tasty in a pizza. I used this trick over him and made him a wheat break baked pizza with veggies and Italian seasoning.

This recipe is similar to bread pizza but as a slight twist with its cone shape and I have baked it instead of cooking it on a tawa with a lid over it. You can stuff vegetables of your choice as there is no compulsion of specifications to it. You can also use brown bread  and grated tofu or paneer instead of cheese to make it 100% healthy.

Ingredients
  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped onion
  • 1` tbsp american corn
  • salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Oregano or Italian Seasoning
  • 2-3 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp chilly flakes

Ingredients
  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped onion
  • 1` tbsp american corn
  • salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Oregano or Italian Seasoning
  • 2-3 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp chilly flakes


Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, take all the ingredients together – the pizza sauce, bell peppers, onions and sweet corn, along with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Mix well and keep aside.

  2. Take the bread slices, cut them in half- diagonally and flatten them with a rolling pin.

  3. Next apply water on the sides and role them once in the form of a cone. Bake these cones in a pre heated oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.

  4. Remove these cones and allow them to cool down. Next take a spoonful of the mixture and put in the cooled cone. Top it with mozzarella cheese and chilly flakes.

  5. Again bake these pizza cones at 200 degrees for 4 minutes.

  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
