How to make coriander chutney | Coriander chutney recipe | Dhania chutney recipe
Green chutney or hari dhaniya ki chutney is the inevitable part of any chaat recipe as it works as a taste enhancer. It is for sure used in all the chaat recipes, frankie and as a base spread for most of the sandwiches. It has a slight spicy and sour texture. Lemon or tomatoes are definitely combined with coriander to give the sour taste along with green chillies and garlic cloves. Garlic can be avoided if you do not love its taste. U have not added mint here in this recipe. But this recipe can also be made using mint leaves along with coriander.
Always make sure that the coriander is fresh and you use more of its leaves than the stems for better color and texture. Also, do not over churn the mixer, as it will end up making the chutney bitter and black. You can alternatively put vinegar in place of lemon.
